FREE Engagement Portrait when you book your wedding
December 26, 2013
To mark this couples recent engagement I wanted to create a unique portrait that the couple would treasure forever. They both come from Dairy Farms and I originally thought lets take the portrait on the farm with cows, however the Groom rightly pointed out that “calves were the future on any farm”. I wanted a casual relaxed fun image.
I presented it to the couple in a large cream mount – A signature board so all their guests could sign.

Adriana & Mark’s Wedding at Inch House & Holycross
September 26, 2012
Stunning Bride, Australian Adriana Mihajlovic was married to Irish native Mark Molumby in Inch House, Thurles Co. Tipperary and held their reception for family and friends there.
Inch House Country House Hotel & Restaurant Thurles http://www.inchhouse.ie/ is a beautiful venue for a small intimate wedding. This idyllic country house is steeped in character and style and a beautiful backdrop for wedding photography
A beautiful feature of Inch House is the stunning stain glass window above the staircase. I enjoyed using the window to create our creative wedding portraits
The Bride got ready in 17th Century Inch House, the bedroom had a beautiful antique Four Poster bed & long windows which was brilliant for natural light photographs
Artist always painted portraits using North facing window light its the most flattering light to be photographed in. Inch House is North facing and has stunning long windows. The Bride Adriana had the most amazing hair it was so beautiful long & thick I thought it was extensions but it was all her own – amazing
The grooms grandfather was buried in Holycross Abbey & so the images created their were extra special to him. Also I wanted the couple to bring back to Australia some of the beauty of Tipperary. The architecture in Holycross Abbey is stunning & lends itself to beautiful Black & White images. I have won National Awards in the Irish Professional Photographers Association with wedding images here. Holy Cross Abbey in Tipperary is a restored Cistercian monastery in Holycross Village near Thurles, Co. Tipperary, Ireland well worth a visit.
I love frames within frames and used this to capture an intimate moment with the couple.
I’m not a big lover of spot colour but i used it here to draw attention to the centre of the image & the couples expression
Love this candid photo of the couple with Groomsman & Bridesmaid
My style of photography is a mixture of creative intermixed with candid Reportage / photo-journalistic.
Every wedding ceremony has “that moment” & you are constantly waiting for it to happen. The fun laugh usually happens when a ring gets stuck or a mix up on vows. Then you capture the natural personality of the couple. I love the look the Bride is giving the groom in this ceremony image.
As we drove back from Holycross Abbey and in the gates of Inch House I immediately spotted the beautiful light in the barley field & stopped. The wonderful old tree created a beautiful frame. The Bride was very creative & artistic & wanted a variety of image styles.
